Sparks Lake Network is not responsible for third-party platform errors, outages, or discrepancies.
All activities, including lake use, boating, fishing, events, and recreation, are undertaken at your own risk. Additional waivers, safety rules, and policies apply across Sparks properties.
Sparks uses cloud-based systems, automation tools, and internal dashboards to manage operations. By submitting information, you consent to processing and storage within these systems.
All content, branding, designs, and systems are the property of Sparks Lake Network and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
Sparks Lake Network shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of this website or services.
You agree to indemnify and hold Sparks Lake Network harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from misuse or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with jurisdiction in Nacogdoches County.
